Optimization Analysis of Electric Motors for New Energy Vehicles

Demand Background Since the development of new energyvehicleshas been vigorously advocated by the state due to the continuous reduction of oil resources and increasing environmental pollution,many new energy vehicle enterprises have emerged, leading to fierce competition in the market, whereeconomical andefficient motors is vital to enhance the market competitiveness ofenterprises. In order to reduce the development costs and timeof the motor,which hasacomplex structure and strong parameter coupling, it is necessary to employ simulation methods to simulate and optimize the existing designwith simulation methods and achieve the optimal design for specific performance. Solution A well-known automobile manufacturer in China offers a series of electric motors with speeds ranging from 400 to 1000 rpm. These motors are suitable for the brake system, electrical and mechanical system, and power steering system of new energy vehicles.
